100A Circuit Breaker Recommendation
There are several hundred million vehicles on and off road RIGHT NOW that do not have a 100 amp circuit breaker anywhere in their electrical system.
What is special or different about your installation?
( I do, in fact use similar breakers as that on battery chargers and Solar arrays)

1) each relay should have a fuse suitable for the load on that relay, like Full Power said. This will prevent a fire if there's a short-circuit downstream of each of those fuses.
2) you might want to put a circuit breaker near the battery, rated for the sum of all of those fuses, This will prevent a fire if there's a short-circuit between the circuit breaker and the smaller fuses.
If the distribution block and fuses are just inches from the battery, then the circuit breaker might be overkill.
I put a similar 200A circuit breaker (Stinger brand) into my car after I moved the battery from the engine bay to the trunk. There's about a foot of cable from the battery to the breaker, and then several feet from there to the main fuse box. The idea was to protect against shorts in that long run of wire between the battery and the fuse box. The circuit breaker needed to be rated for the enough power to run the starter motor and everything else.
While most cars don't have big circuit breakers, they usually do have a very large fuse not far from the battery. I wanted a circuit breaker because I'm not as stingy as your average car manufacturer. And it's nice to have a kill switch sometimes.
