Yup, we're going to do a back to back vs the current combo, to obtain a delta, and then look at cam optimization...

I know this is OLD, but I have a question about the duration formula that was being used. maybe someone can still answer it.

intake duration = ((CID*RPM)/CFM)/38.4

Everyone seemed to be using the Max CFM through thier given intake. how could this be right? shouldn't you use average flow or something similar? this completely disgregards mid and low lift importantce, IMO

I don't understand that formula, or how it would even apply to wave tuning?

I end up with 85 degrees duration...at 0.050"?

Yuck.
