convert from water to mercury.
If you have a measurement in mecury what is the conversion to water and the other way around. Thanks in advance I did a google and couldn't find it.
Wouldnt the measurements be the same? Ex: if i had measured a cubical inch of mercury it would be the same as measuring a cubical inch of water. the dimentions are the same. an inch is an inch. What might be different is the weight difference between the two. one cubical inch of mercury weighs heavier then a cubical inch of water. you cant say that a pound of merc is heavier then a pound of water because both are equal to a pound. the quantity however may be different. can u elaborate on the question there maybe something leftout.
See I'm doing the Dyno Sym to try and get my injectors sized right for an old SBC (I'm just trying to get close before it gets tuned) and the mfg talks in inH2O and the program talks inHg. Also I wasn't thinking on the wave length of pressure I was looking for flow. Thanks guys.
