Lets get technical I have messed with a couple things in my tune and now on startup it shows like 19-21.0:1 for a couple of minutes and then drops to 14.7:1 when closed loop is enabled. The wierd thing is that if I give it gas the AFR will jump down to a little better 15.5:1 and if I let off again it will go back up to 19-21.0:1 range. This just made me wonder how high it CAN actually run.

22:1 - 23:1 is doable but rough and you get plenty of misfires.
Actually I think the misfires start showing up in the 16:1 range, but get worse of course.

Your air injection isn't still functioning is it?

No, hardware is completely removed on EGR and AIR.

Engines are normally lean on first start-up, hence the start-up (after start) enrichment tables.
If you want to change the AFR during the first seconds after starting you'll need to adjust the after-start enrichment and decay.

How big of changes are you making?
