FWIW, a lot more information would be needed to intelligently spec a cam. Head flow tables, supercharger flow map, pulley ratios, etc. as well as the rpm range you are using, fuel, blah, blah, blah. Without knowing this information, specifying a cam would just be a rectal extraction. There's a lot of that going on with specing cams, and it shows in the results.
If you really want my opinion (free and worth every penny!), change gurus and get a different cam. Don't look at the specs, just install it as he directs and run it. Results count.
Or, you could always take a poll.

I'd go with the 116 ICL because the cam designer said to. That's one vote for straight up.
Let us know where you finally install it.
You just have to check everything to be sure.
