Wink EMBLEMPROS.COM ashtray switchplate prototype

Here are some prototype pictures of an Automatic F-body ashtray switchplate:

Now, these are not backlit, but they could have been. Instead, we colored the lettering red. In the automatic cars, these switches tilt away as seen in the installed photos, so backilighting will be pretty much useless. We are doing the 6-speeds, Corvettes, GTOs, Mustangs, etc, etc very soon.

BTW, there are no clearance issues with this

We can make them for whatever you want. An electric cutout switch won't really work because the type of switch is pretty large, and clearance will be an issue. Line lock, fans, whatever can be done.

We will be making switch panels for different areas of the cars like some people have requested.

You could do an electric cutout switch if you supplied a relay to handle the extra current.

i was thinking line lock, e-cutout, and lights.

for the e-cutout can you take just a short 3 position switch that is always center. probably goign to take some tricks to make it work properly.

Not really liking the different size fonts. Maybe instead of putting "Nitrous Purge", jus' write "Purge" and so-on.

Wow you were serious about getting on that quick. It looks awesome. Is there anyway to make it with a black reflective finish like in the other thread?

I don't play around

These can come in pretty much any color. I just made this with what I had laying around.

i'm not a big fan, i think it would look better if it sat flush with the console.
