If your able to make it flat all the way around the front with different spacers and get pictures of it. I'd see about getting one.

I like it. Its different

Agreed, it just looks a bit off from the side view.

post pics after you flatten that guy out, the angle up is a big turn off,

I want to see pics when it is all done and I will hold my judgment until then.

Not a fan, sorry. It just doesn't flow with the car at all. Maybe if it was painted to match the body?

It definitely holds. Tested repeatedly on multiple cars. It actually makes the car about 30% more stable at 150+

For example, my friend Neil raced it on a strip in Nevada. No splitter, vibration, lift off. With splitter solid. The turbo stealth next to him said he didn't see any deflection either...

I honestly don't know the effect on 1/4 mile times but you area correct. Some people try to turn the splitter into a scoop (angling it down) and that does mess with the aerodynamics.

Mine does what it is supposed to, it splits the air so that the speed of air flow under the car is greater than above causing a pressure zone creating down force on the top of most of the car...

The splitter is not for everyone, just like a4 vs. m6 or pewter vs red or even camaro vs firebird.

Thank God for different flavors of ice cream or else the world would be boring.

To be honest, I don't remember. I got them a good 6 years ago at an import store (it was on the way home from work) and it was before the whole 'halo' thing took off.

6LE, Do you have any pics of a splitter on a black LT1 Bird? I'm thinking about getting one for my Firehawk, just wanted to see how it would look.

Thanks!

Ok, I saw the pics in the thread below of the T/A. I'm just curious how it would look on a formula, since the nose is different.
