Upon first opening this thread I was going to say keep it a formula, but DopefedZ's and phantomzer0's cars look really good with the WS6 hoods and side skirts. I actually like that Heritage TA spoiler, it reminds me a lot of the 3 peice spoiler my dad has on his 70 1/2 Camaro.

I think it would be neat to try the TA bumper and skirts, along with the W68 front bumper ground effect pieces. I always wanted to take a TA convertible, and put on the formula front cover with those two chin effects from the W68 firebird. I THINK that would look awesome. Too bad my sights have been ratcheted up significantly since those days.

I love formulas. I'd rather have a formula ws6 over a ta ws6 anyday! I couldn't find a formula so I had to settle for the ta.

i started out wanting a WS6 car but only could find a Formula M6 car ...at the time all i wanted was a LS1 6 SPd car...and now i see WS6 TA's are like roaches..not being rude but they are all ofver the fn place..hell i have had people on this site ask me how i got my *V6 with pipes and rims to run 12.5 stock..** lmao..i love it when i show up corvettes, they pull along side and try to read the badges and cant figure out why this car thats not a *TA* is whoopin that ***.... and i am not concerned about * how rare my car is* its a black 99 leather, power Ttop M6 car..but it is mine..and about the ground effects...yea with drop springs i dont break or scrape them either...as i dont have them..and TA's have little holes in the rockers for them to attach i beleive and i dont have those in my Formula...makes it a smoothe rappearance IMO

but i am kinda partial...Sig..

Agreed wheels make or break a car and a hood will just add upon the look . Whatever you end up doing formula or TA just keep it classy amd make it yours.

That first formula that was posted, with the aftermarket hood, but no side skirts or anything, I think looks the best. NineBall's cars look sweet too. Personally I think the formula front w/ a hood looks sweet

That would work, except I wouldn't put the front ground effect pieces on due to my splitter:

i would drop it and throw a t/a hatch on it. then call it done.
I don't think that a TA wing looks good with a Formula rear bumper. I don't have a picture handy, but I don't think it will benefit the car at all.

I was in the same boat. I wanted an LS1 with a T56. I always thought that I'd end up with a Camaro. Go figure.

I already have (realtively) wide tires on the back. I'm still debating getting the WS6 hood first, then doing the TA conversion.

I could not agree more. My friends were trying to convince me to get a WS6 hood before I got new wheels (I had the stock 16's at the time). I honestly think it looks terrible to have stock (16") wheels with that hood. That's the last time I listened to them for advice

I think you can pull off the side skirts since you have the splitter.

However, phantom's car with a splitter would be the ultimate TA/dumdumdumdumdum hybrid... So maybe go bumper, skirts, wing and hood...
