I don't really think that it's worth my effort. Especially since it's the same engine.

Also, I live in Canada, and don't want to deal with the process of buying a car from the States in the near future. It's a big pain in the ***.

I am parting out an 02 TA so I have all the conversion pieces for sale like the front and rear TA bumpers, side skirts and hatch.

But what don't you like about the TA rear bumper?

IMO it's the nicest rear bumper on a Fourth gen reason being that it has the cut outs for a dual exhaust and looks perfect when you got nice tips.

On a Formula the tips are just left hanging so it looks unfinished.

Don't get me wrong, I love the TA bumper. I just don't like the TA bumper with the Formula wing, or the without the TA sideskirts. I feel the car doesn't look right. If I ever do change bumpers, it will be to a TA one.

Thanks for the offer, but for now I am going to pass. Right now I can't justify spending upwards on a grand to make it look like a TA - I am saving for heads/cam. The TA conversion will likely be next winter's project.

Got my t/a bumper for free...i like

I personally think it lines up perfectly without skirts. The t/a hatch is necessary though to slim down that rear a little haha

I like the T/A bumper with the "Formula" spoiler... As a matter of fact the "formula" spoiler is what came on Trans-Ams back in the day (1993-1994) unless you had the Trans-Am with the GT option to get the high rise spoiler...

I went from a TA to Formula front bumper cover when I added my FMIC. I liked that I could keep my foglights and make a bigger more functional opening for the I/C.
