Default 15x5 Weld Draglites with M/T Sportsman tires... Any issues?

I may be able to get a good deal on a set of these and I was wondering if there is anything I would need to be aware of when mounting these on the fronts. Any spacers needed or should they bolt right up? Also, anyone care to venture how much lighter these are than the Chrome 5-Spoke 17" SS Rims w/ F1s on them?

Tnanks... <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0"> <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0">

You'll need spacers they would not turn on Chas' car.

if you call weld they can tell you how much the wheels weigh a piece. The SS rims are heavy. 15x3.5s are better for drag racing though

I agree Matty but I figure 15x5 Welds HAVE to be way lighter than the stockers and worth at least a .1 if not .2, right? <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0">

hey shooter,
take a 15x3.5" rim weight, and then take a 15x8" rim weight, add them up and divide in half to get the weight. that should be close to the 15x5" rim weight. hehehehhehe. j/k

Chris
