How many people with Automatics installed M6 consoles?

I just did this tonight, You can only go into D. 2nd and 1st are non exsistant.
And the Ashtray lid only goes half way back, so Don't put something important in there!
BUT
It does make the car look more "update". and even with the annoyance of missing gears, I'm gonna stick with it.

When its in OD the ash tray lid opens all the way

I gotcha now, your running all the stock A4 shifter just under a M6 console lid. That must have been where I fell off the train. I was thinking you were having problems like the guy in the video on this post looks like his linkage for his shifter is all jacked up that is why he can't get low gear.

Any shifter that will work with a 700r4 or 200r4 will also shift a 4l60 same shift pattern used. All you have to watch is shifter height from base to the top of stick so you don't end up looking like Ratfink shifting gears
