California Water Blade. No wringing of towels, chamois or anything. Just wipe all the water off... done.

That is the best way I have found!!!

I use an air chuck around the creases at work, then follow up with a micro fiber on anything left. When we aren't busy i get to wash my car for free.

I use a high powered leaf blower and then quick detail afterwards. I've tried waffle weaves and they swirled my paint to hell.

Two cotton towels. One to get most of the water off, second to finish up. Then followed with a spray on detailer to get waterspots out. Black is tricky!

I use them on my truck and that's about it. They suck at absorbing water

I use the California Water blade, and finish off by using a leaf blower.

At first I thought you guys were kidding about the leaf blower, because I can't imagine anyone walking around their car with a giant *** 2 stroke yard blower.

Okay, I lied, I can, and it's really funny.

ive been using a waffle weave from tropi-care, and i really dont like it. it only absorbs the first stroke, when its bone dry. after that, no matter how much i wringe it out, all it does is smear the water around without picking it up, leaving streaks like you wouldnt believe. i HAVE to follow up with a wax, every single time i wash, just to get rid of all the water marks. i hate it, pisses me off every time i use it, but dont want to go back to a natural chamios.

I start with 2 Sonus waffleweaves.
Both dry.

One picks up everything, then I use the second one for the small stuff and the wheels.

I never wringe either of them out.

Black and Decker 230mph electric leafblower.

I use to use the absorber but I got tired of the swirls.

You must not have a black car. What do you guys think of the california blade? I have used it twice now and it seems ok, but I don't want to be messing up my paint.

I use the blade for most of it, then a microfiber followed by another microfiber. I keep them really dry so I use a whole lot of towels to dry it.
