got my engine bay all painted up figured i'd post an update for anyone interested. granted, they're cell phone pics, but here's my car now:
HKE should be getting my motor done in the next week or two if all goes well, then it's going back together and getting a Sunoco hood. the CCW's are for sale, not 100% certain what will go back on it, but i'll have street AND strip wheels for it. i'm also thinking about a black billet grill with a gold bowtie (6LE style) instead of the carbon fiber RKSport grill.
