, had it over a year! And BitViper, the "lean" is the antennae; that is why I had asked if you might make an angled base. It has always had a "G'd up" stance 
Is is it stock GM base?
Here's the numbers for the stock set up from GM
Fixed mast--10425536 -- stock antenna
Bezel-------10298264 / 10253391 --this is what you need
Bracket-----10282649
Attach bolt-11515756 - not needed
If it is you might be able to rotate it so that it sits right
and shoot me a line if theres anything I can do to help ya out!
I never changed it; I think it's stock unless the previous owner did something. And I will check in the morning to take a closer look at it.
