I think they would fit but you wouldn't get the full contact patch because they would be pulled torwards the rim a and the edges would be pulled up off the ground.
I think you would be better off with the 275's or see if the make a 10.5-11" world chalange wheel.
btw I have the 315' and am ordering the 11" ZR1 wheels for them.

Re: 315 Nitto drag radials. I have to second what was written above. A 315 width is 315 mm across = 12.4 inches of tread width. On a 9 inch (or even 9.5 inch rim), that is going to result in the tread rolling up a bit on the sides, which will cause a loss of surface contact area.
I would strongly suggest putting them on 17x11 rims (as I and others have). Looks good, and is about the perfect sized rim for these tires.
