Default December POWDER COATING special: FREE SHIPPING on all calipers!NEW PICS 12/22!

For the first time in months I have both my sets of LS1 Fbody cores here with no waiting list. That tells me its time to cut a special Lots of calipers being sent in during winter down time, but no reason not to take advantage of my core program for you guys that drive year round

I normally charge a $20 flat rate shipping charge for all caliper work on top of the $185 for the caliper work.

For the month of December I will offer FREE SHIPPING on all my caliper work, anywhere in the lower 48 states.

So for just $185 SHIPPED you can have the best powder coating work in the business behind your wheels, don't pass it up!

Also don't forget I offer fresh rebuilds for $100 extra! I get a discount from GM on the rebuild kits and I pass that along to my customers. FRESH seals, FRESH boots, FRESH pin bolts, and new rear grease boots also! Been a very popular option so far!

I will also install decals for free and clear over them at no extra charge if you send them to me. Furthermore, on my core program, I will waive the $200 core charge if you pay with a credit card I can hold on file until you return your cores!

Give yourself a little X-mas present with some beautiful calipers, your car will thank you

Last but not least don't forget I can do custom color matching, you have something you want to match, just get me a sample and consider it done!

There is a calipers gallery on my site www.thepowderpro.com with some examples. Many satisfied Ls1Tech customers, ask around!

Those calipers look great! Do you smooth them out before powdering them or does the powder come out of the oven looking like that with no extra work?

Nope, I don't smooth them unless someone sends me a set they ground down for drag wheels. I blast them with 80 grit aluminum oxide, it leaves a very nice surface and the powder comes out just as you see in the pictures.

Sure. Its the same process, except a higher cure temp and a bit more specific prep work on the part. High temp powders do not fully cure in the oven. You have to be a little more mindful of them until they have had the chance to heat cycle on the part a few times at running temperature. That will fully cure them then.

Sean,

My calipers are on their way. I'll be showing them off behind my CCW SP500s, and I can assure you with the fully polished barrels, they'll be reflecting off everything. Can't wait!

Travis, I don't really want to sell my cores. Someone just PM'd me the other day offering to sell me a set from an 01 car. I will PM him and tell him to hit you up. Buy them and tell the guy to ship them right to me instead of you if you want.

Sounds good Steve, can't wait to see my work behind nice wheels like that!

Ok, I'm a littel confused so bear with me. I'd like to get a full set powder coated in NBM with the "Camaro" decal. Unfortunately my car is a daily driver. Is there a way you could do the work on some calipers you already have, then I send you my old ones as cores after I install the ones you send me? And if so, what kind of price range am I looking at. Sorry to be so dense, just trying to make sense of it all.
