All LT1 Formulas came with an all-black centerpiece. It is an exact fit. Cost about $65 from the dealership, try one of our sponsors (PACE parts). Very simple to install also.
Here ya go:

So they actually sent it out and had it repainted firetruck red. It looks good still, 18 months later.
Thanks for everyones replys.
<strong>Fuels94, I took your advice and used nail polish remover and removed the bird. It came off pretty easy. My wife was afraid it would discolor the plastic so I was real careful and used a small amount of nail polish remover, was careful not to get it anywhere except for where the red is, and cleaned the remover off as soon as I was done. It does still have a slight indention where the painted area used to be but it doesn't look bad and most people probably wouldn't even notice. My car is black and I actually like the way it looks now without any decal back there. The car looks pretty tough now without the red bird and with my 3.5" Manaflow tips. Now all I need to finish the way my car looks is some 17" wheels.

Cool, I'm glad it turn out good for you. My T.A. also has that slight indention, but your right it's not noticable, and it looks stealthy.
