Halo Headlights

I saw some Halo headlights on ebay, and I think the look awesome. Does anyone have any pics with these in? Thanks.

Do the two outside ones come on as low and the inside one as high beams? I'm kind of confused about the whole three lens part. Great pics, thanks.
