Default Lightweight rear hatch for '95 Camaro

I'm looking for a lightweight rear hatch for '95 Camaro drag race app. I'd prefer a version that will allow use of hinges since I've got to be able to get to the fuel cell, intercooler water tank and battery etc. I've looked at the VFN and Hairys Glass versions but they're both pin on. Anyone know of a different manufacturer whose version uses the hinges? Support rods are not a priority, probably wouldn't work anyway.
Thanks, Karl

Correct me if I'm wrong but most of the weight is from the glass, not the hatch itself, so would you really be saving much?

I believe that Sparky is correct. Fortunately, a sponsor (Speedtweekerz) has come out with a lightweight window.

I'm already planning on the Speedglass front and rear. I'm waiting for the blacked out 1/4" for the front since the speed is near 200 mph. I should be able to lose about 50 lbs. with glass replacement.

I think the stock hatch is around 75 lbs. with the glass so that's 30 lbs. for the hatch if the glass is 45 lbs. From what I've seen it looks like the fiberglass parts weigh around 11-15 lbs. so that's another 15 lbs. to lose.

The car weighs 3300 lbs. plus driver. I'd like to get it down to 3100 lbs. and still keep the electric windows, stock door panels, console, dash and rear seats so I'm looking for a few big chunks. 200 lbs. isn't going to be easy.

Could always look into carbon fiber body parts. Ebay usually has doors, a hatch, hoods, a ss wing, etc. on it. 6LE carries alot of carbon fiber parts too. I also know of a non sponsored site where you can get fenders. PM me if your interested.
