I got white LED bulbs to replace mine, but the place is only out here so cal. chances are you wont find a huge selection unless you look online at some of the LED retailers.

I'm making custom LED boards to mount in the space for both lights. They are turning out really good and bright.

I'll post pics sometime soon.

You can buy bulbs that go right in place of the stockers but are LED's, thats what I did. Screw wasting time making a custom board & all that if there is a direct replacement bulb.

So far all my interior lights that are now LED are direct plug in replacements. I haven't soldered a single one in.

Mine turned out plenty bright. I didn't feel the need to have them bright enough to signal airplanes, LOL.

Egay has a wide selection. I forget the bulb size off of the top of my head however. I swapped mine out for Blue LEDs.

Go for white ones - you can get them at the usual places online - autozone, or ebay etc.
