To me, painted wheels make the car looks like blah... I mean, they dont POP or stand out at all. KP, your car looks great man. Dont do something stupid like what you are thinking of doing. Just keep your wheels polished up!

BTW, I know a blond with a nice backside!

Yea I saw one on the cover of GMHTP not too long ago. I had to take a second look cause I thought it was SOM. As I recall it had the gran sport stripe. I'm usually not a fan but it looked realllly good on that car.

Haha nice prin. I just want a different look. I'm gonna VHT the lenses and just take it from there. If I do powdercoat the wheels it'll be last.

I love the way it looks as is!

Some gunmetal TTs would probably look good on it too, but I think if you switch wheels go with something not as common. Maybe look at some HREs or FIKSE, costly though.

Any more/better pics of your car?

Sure, after I get the motor back in it I'll get some professional pictures done.

This is what it looked like before the lowering and black paint.

I've only seen it once actually, I wouldn't forget seeing it , and that was on University.
Anyways, again.. I'd say leave it alone or get stainless fill ins and maybe PC the wheels dark gunmetal.

Thanks errbody. I've been looking into local places that sell VHT. I've checked hot rod shops and everything but no luck so far. Where would be the best place to get it?

Well, I just put my motor back in the car 2 days ago. It's pretty awesome, I'm taking it to the dyno tomorrow for some numbers. It's a 393 stroker built by a friend and myself, 243/251 .624/.624 114LSA is the cam, Patriot Performance Stage II LS6 heads, Fast 92/92, Pacesetter long tubes/true duals.

I'm shooting for the 500+ range, wish me luck.
