Truth of the matter is that I just didn't have any left over money from paint job/wheels to put another $500-$1000 into the adding of pearl or any type of metallic flake...wish i would've but atleast it's not a stock white. All of the yellow additive was taken out and high dollar material was used. I'm looking forward to the finished product at the end of the week.

Putting it back together.

Door all finished and put back together.

I picked up a bum...

So I guess I'll do a little unveiling...

Looks realy nice! If that bum is PITA with you you can always send it over here haha I think the ppg pearl is $35-$50 but its just a tiny can, and it looks like grease.. but you mix it in the clear coat.

Well since the body is already painted it's just going to stay the basic white. Like I said though, all of the yellow additive has been taken out. It's not just white, it's FREAKING WHITE! haha.

Test fitted the wheels about an hour ago, going to have to completely yank the bump stop if I ever want to have the rearend sag down (ie put it on a lift and let the rear hang) also going to have to get out the hammer and do a little "massaging".

Hatch and hood getting trimmed out.

So since it was in a paint shop I got to use professional grade undercoating.

(the calipers will soon be powdercoated silver)

MONEY SHOT! haha

I have been longing for this...

Those wheels look really good. What size are they?

I'm guessing 17x11 in the back...

Thanks man, me too! haha. The hood, hatch, air box and headlight doors should be done today when I go in after lunch. If that's the case I'll be trying to finish putting it all together.

Bad part of this is that it's pouring down rain outside...sooo the car will be staying in the shop until it stops . The hell if I'm going to go through all this just so that it's maiden voyage is in the rain, I can wait...haha

I can't see the freakin pics here at work, and it's KILLING me. I love your car dude, by far my favorite firebird/formula. Since I can't see the pics IDK what wheels you have now, BUT the TT2's were perfect on your car!!
