Here's a pic from my '98 I used to have. The place around the accellerator and cruise control bracket is the only thing i cut. People think you have to hack off a whole bunch of the drivers side one to get it under the dash, but believe me it will fit with just a little work. Go slow, be patient, and don't force it.
Also, a little side note, I took off those metal clips on the underside that are suposed to snap into/onto the coil packs. All you need are the tow clips to hold them to the fuel rail.

FRCs look great, but they are a PITA! I have an 01 'hawk, and had to do some SERIOUS cutting around the pump on the rear part of the driver's side cover. I'll see if I can find a template I made. Not sure if yours is the same (I haven't seen an 02's engine yet), but it may be a place to start. Check my Webshots page for the pics of the engine bay. I've still got the 'corvette' covers, but they're at home in NC. The 'Trans Am' Covers are the same, but we just filled them in with flexible body repair goo, repainted the top, and put Pontiac's stock Trans Am door emblems on them. I think they came out OK...
