Thought so . Im trying to make up my mind on what to do I love the way the Cobalt's look but wish they were in red instead of blue(even though now I'm think it dont look to bad even with red dash lights) I think Im going to get them and if I dont like the red with the blue I'll just change the dash to blue like you are.

alright I'm an idiot when it comes to gauges but please skool me. Fuel and Oil Pressure gauges are added to the car because? arent the gauges in the dash fine or is it because the fuel and oil pressure gauges you guys added are alittle more accurate then the dash?

skool me on Added Gauges 101. (Mechanical and electric gauges??) Like I said I know crap about them but I know they serve a purpose...Dont hurt me

Well, you'd want a temp. gauge if your car is a '99+ LS1 since the dash one does not work. But yes, oil works fine.

My oil pressure is completely pointless. I got it for free, and it's just there to fill the hole

Mechanical will cost less, but I would rather not put a mechanical gauge in the car unless it was boost/vacuum. If you go electrical, you want the full sweep electrical gauges for sure but they cost a lot more.
