how many waiting on refunds? Should get them all together, start an unresolved negative feedback thread, then pm admins, go from there. Can also file a claim with paypal if you paid that way.

i do love ls1's, i try to contribute as much as i can considering i do not personally own a fbody(looking...) but in the end its just the internet- people are more important than a post count

also what about all the other people who are non-tech members that bought directly through his site - and got screwed?
yeah im sure something will happen just so brian doesn't look bad for having a shitty company. but it would be a real coward thing to do just because somone questions ur business ethics. I mean we can already see in the PMs brian sent that he doesnt have good business manners since he throws cuss words at customers after he is obviously in the wrong... so idk

I actually bought directly from his site, got screwed, then did a search on here and found out he owned the company. Then I started with the PMs in which I gave his plenty of chances to own up and I was also patient and not rude like he was.
I DID get a refund like previously stated, only after he felt the pressure from other mods when I PM'd them.
I cant IMAGINE how many people he screwed from his site who know nothing of him here on LS1tech.com...

Yeah I got screwed also. Sent $150 for a led front license plate back in november I believe. He said he sent it but I never received nothing. I asked him if he could provide a tracking number for the longest time and then finally he said he didnt have one after constant emails and pm's. So basically I'm screwed out of my money. So sad to see this happen to so many members on here.
Oh, and in case you guys were thinking about it, I already sent Nine Ball and a few other mods from this section a PM. Someone higher up can probably tell who deleted threads and for what reason...from the sounds of it, he's been shady with more people than just me.
