Default Spider web cracks

Has anyone found a good way to get rid of the nasty spider web cracks on the noses/bumpers of our cars? I tried a polishing compound yesterday, but it didn't seem to do much.

Spider cracks can only be repaired by stripping the entire bumper and reprimering along with new paint. They are cracks in the paint and primer where the body has flexed, no amount of polishing will get them 'out'. If they are actual spider cracks.
