does any one know exactly what size hole to drill for this?

whatever size the biggest connection will fit through, i think its 1.5 in or something like that

i almost did this today but i dont think its worth the trouble. yeah it makes the engine bay cleaner but my hood is rarely open.

i won't be surprised if you end up doing it someday. its a fun little project, doesn't cost anything and it really does clean up the engine bay

i think i used a 1in hole, but i had to depin all the connectors. i would not recommend this way. it was a bitch. another half inch isnt that much bigger.
