Yup you are right, this is going to be a mold and a piece urethane bumper will come out of it 6LE will be taking the reigns when I'm done here
Yeah, im looking for a used bumper and i bought the foam already, so im ready to start messing around. I used to build with foam in my high school drafting class so its nothing new to me, just setting it up so i can be able to use it on the street it haha.

What kind of fiberglass did you? Would the woven sheet or the shredded stuff work best?

I plan on getting the RKSport 5" spoiler and this would set the front off alot.

i would agree where it sticks out more makes it look better than the original.

might want to consider leaving it that way.

I would do the woven sheets. Use a whole lot of resin and layer on the fiberglass so it's all one big piece... I think that should hold up pretty well.

this is gunna be sweet but i really think once you are done with it u should paint it even just rattle can it and put it on the car to make sure it is all good and take some pictures for us

wow, i kinda had my doubts when i first saw this thread, but holy crap, that bumper is turning out awesome! i can't wait to see it finished and on a car.
