Are you sure about that? I really know very little about paint, but it looks to be two different colors. It's not just one color that changes with the light.
Look at the video - the parts that are orange stay orange, and same for the yellow...

actually it does "change" if you look closely... plus the video is basically taken at the same angle the whole time.. which wouldn't show the color "change" very well.. especially with that crappy quality video.
