New etching color: Metal Flake Copper

First piece we've tried, and the options are going to be a lot.
We need to do some more trials, and durablilty tests, but this stuff looks a lot better than my crappy Iphone pic. Its actually a sparkle type of finish.
We will try to get some better pictures. There are some other color options we are considering as well.

Sail panels, nose pieces etc.... lots of pieces to try this on.

thanks, Roger

I will reply to you tonight. What you want cannot be done without warping the metal, but there are other options.

Thanks, Roger

10% off up to 200.00, and 15% off over 200.00.
Coupon codes are tech 10, and tech 15
THe only items not included as far as I know are the already bundles trifecta packs. They are already marked down anyway. Also the pedals for the gas, brake clutch, since we do not make those.

Thanks, Roger

Can you guys do anything for the hood nostrils on a Harwood hood?

I can get pics of my hood if you need me to, but it is just like a WS6 hood, however the notstrils are cut out

We absolutely can, I make a lot of custom hood grills.
Let me see if I have this on file. If not, I will need a template from you.
I will let you know.

Thanks. Roger

Thanks. I was concerned because most WS6 hood grill inserts go overtop of the factory plastic ones, and the Harwood hood does not have any inserts in it and it is just an open nostril. How would they be mounted?

There is a flange around the inside of the holes. That is where it would be mechanically attached. I do not have the file anymore. I will need to make them from scratch.
I need a from you:
1) A template that fits the hole as close as you can get it.
2) a line drawn on this template, that represents a horizontal line on your car as it its. This will be your alignment for the grill pattern so it must be right.
3) 4 locations where you want to place screws. marked where they will go through the flange.

If you can get me that, we can make it.

I'm still a little confused on the mounting, do you have a picture for reference?

The template is pretty straight forward, I just need to go outside when it stops raining and get it.

I will also get a close up pics of my hood, just to make sure we are on the same page.
