Maybe,

We never really know until the last minute, and just decide to have one.
So the answer is yes we will have more sales, but I just do not know the timing of them.
If you have a large order you can always call and see if any discounts apply.

Thanks, Roger

Ok,

Here are some pictures of our C6 Corvette cap set.
Sorry but these are only cell phone pictures.
Machined on a lathe, and laser etched factory markings on the top.
These are not chrome plated, but it will be offered.

We can make these like this for all of the cars, including the Camaro, and Trans Am.
We do have a CNC mill coming, and will be presenting many new billet parts in the near future.
So the caps will change in design, because of more capabilities with the mill. But these look very nice.

MORE BILLET COMING STAY TUNED!!!

Thanks, Roger

We will have to get them GM licensed to do that, which we are going to check into.
All etching will be black or gold only. It cannot be red.

So, If you want these requests, the option for now is:
You can buy them unetched, and place decals on top of them.

I am not sure GM will allow caps that cover up important safety information. That's why we are etching the existing info on them. We will check and find out if logos are even allowed on them though. I am calling them tomorrow. More pictures coming of the undersides.

Thanks, Roger

Do you mean the factory marking on the caps now? If so, we have already made sets for the f-bodies. I feel yours would be the same caps.
Please let me know.

Thanks, Roger

If you can get me a picture and two dimensions, you are good to go.
I need the diameter.
I need the height of the cap.
Both preferably measured with a digital caliper.

Please let me know. Thanks, Roger

LS9 is recessed, so making a billet "fill in" might be cheaper and retain a more OEM appearance. I can send you mine if you would like. It's brand new.

There are a few options.

1) Have you tried to see if other types of oil cap threads are the same as yours.
2) We can place a stainless piece in there with whatever etching you need.
The stainless is not as thick as the depression you have, but we can build up from underneath so it is nearly flush with the top.
3) We can place some acrylics in there to add some color to it. Also with etching on it.
4) Finally we can make a one piece billet piece to insert in there, but that would be about a month away since our machine is not here yet.

I would like to do it. Please let me know.

Thanks, Roger

The LS9 oil fill cap is "special" and is not interchangeable with other LS valve covers. It is 'keyed' and has some pressure relief built into the cap.

I think it would look best flush with the top. How about we do a white acrylic insert for now. I might be interested in the billet piece down the road. Please email me a price on the acrylic piece (no etching at this time) and your address and I'll ship this cap out to you so you can mock up pieces for future work (I'm sure you'll have a nice market as all LS9 valve covers MUST use this one and only fill cap). Since this cap is keyed, I can send you some pics of how it lines up on the valve cover (for future etching work). Thanks, Matt insaneauto86@yahoo.com

My dad for some reason did not thread the caps in so they line up properly, so please excuse the caps looking like the labels are misaligned. The labels are right, and I personally placed them onto the factory caps with the labels exactly lined up with the factory info. Anyway, here are some installed pics:

We also dressed the FRCs up on this car with hydrographics, and lettering inserts. Another heads up, we will be making GM Official Licensed versions of caps with logos. We talked with our GM rep today, and we will be doing it. Also, our mill will be shipping next Wednesday, so we'll have some really cool items coming out soon.
