Default removing light scratches/swirl marks by hand

Like the title says, is there a way to remove scratches/swirl marks by hand?

You need the power of a buffer to make those types of corrections. You can try, but you most likely will not see any change and you won't be able to lift your arms for days.

3m rubbing compound
swirl and haze remover
wax


use some elbow grease when your doing the rubbing compound.. rubbing compound works wonders on hazed headlights also..
