Front Plate Insert

My car (Pewter 99 T/A) came with a license plate frame on the front which I promptly took off. I'd like to find a firebird insert for the space left by the frame. Anybody know where I can find one?

Your local freindly Pontiac Dealer should be able to get you that.

Yeah, I suppose. I was just hoping to avoid my "Friendly" local pontiac dealer. I won't give them a single dollar if I can avoid it.

Are you refering to the piece that covers the front license plate mounting location? If so, they should have given that to you when you bought the car. Mine was in the trunk (dealer mounted the plates). I think the only place to get that would be a dealer, junk yard, or ebay. The guy on www.firebatscave.com has a clear one over the plate, but the site he got it from has been down for some time now. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
