Everyone w/ Y2K C5 Wheels Inside Please Well, I'm wanting new wheels, and the chrome Y2K C5s are very high on my list. I'm wanting 17" front and 18" rear chrome ones, and I found them at Performance Wheel Outlet for $305 for the front and $322 for the rear. First off, if anyone knows of a better place to get them, please let me know. Also, is there any special back spacing I need or are the C5 wheels direct replacements on F-Bodies (according to PWO it seems like they are).
My other question is tires, I of course want to keep my speedo correct, what tire sizes should I be looking at? I was looking at the Kumho Ecsta Supra 712s in 275/40 for the front and 275/35 for the rear. That puts rims and tires at exactly $1800 if I get the wheels from PWO and the tires from Tire Rack. Thanks for any help answering any and all my questions, and last but not least, pictures would be great <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> Thanks guy <img border="0" alt="[Fluffy]" title="" src="graemlins/fluffy.gif" />

I do like the 18s in the rear but at the time there was not a 18" drag radial available.

Re: Everyone w/ Y2K C5 Wheels Inside Please I had the 18" chrome Y2k's from there on my SS. I got the 285 35 ZR18 Nitto Extreme 555's from them, awesome traction. Becareful & get some quality tires.
Re: Everyone w/ Y2K C5 Wheels Inside Please Hi, i have the 17-18 combo. As far as i know i have oem rims. The fronts are fine 17 x 8.5 275-40 but the rears 18 x 9.5 275 35 rub inner part of the fender. See site for pics. <img border="0" alt="[Camaro]" title="" src="graemlins/camaro.gif" />
