I read the post at S*P about the MFBA event @ Road America.

S*P is a good board but unfortunately there is a little lapse in judgement apparently. That and some of those people don't have a clue! it is still one of my favorites.

These guys act like if they say something bad about S*P that there car will be taken away or they'll never be able to get parts again. Do they realize that there is tons of other great suppliers and S*P couldn't really care less about them. Not to mention it's not like they get great deals from S*P just for being an asskisser. S*P continues to MARK up their products (most of them are good but there is some questionable stuff). Don't get me wrong I like S*P and the fact that my car came from there, but just look at the paint work on the hood and spoiler <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="gr_images/icons/mad.gif" />

I haven't even read any of that drama, but I can only imagaine. Dave is the biggest a$$out of all the aftermarket guys out there! I guess he thinks his $hit doesn't stink because GM like him or something. I got on him about some act of jackassery he had performed about a yera or two ago, and man did it hit the fan! Every body and his brother came out of the woodwork to defend him and kiss his ***, as though if they didn't their car would be repo'd in the middle of the night <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" /> Anyway, whatever it is (I won't go there to help boost their traffic) keep it up!! It's too bad, when they firstwent from Hamburger to SLP, it was a great idea, and very innovative, the 3rd Gen Firehawks are some of the greatest American cars ever made with a factory warranty. In the process of banning Mark and removing all evidence (which would prove Mark innocent) he completely destroyed the Camaro SS board. Hey Mark,

we spoke briefly - I introduced myself while you were wiping down your car a bit and we chatted a little about your car. Then I think you and XstaZ drove up the hill to the paddock for a while. It's kinda funny (considering the subject of this thread) - I was the guy in the S*P jacket! (freezing my butt off)

I didn't get a chance to talk to you later in the day - did you make it to the Finish Line for dinner? I was there for a while, but called it an early night because I was catching a cold. I'm sure I'll see you around at the car shows this summer <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> I'll make sure to bring my camera too!
