Incorrect.
That is the 2002 optional SLP spoiler often referred to as the 'IROC' design.
"Ol' Lumpy" is an earlier unit for the 1999 & maybe the 2000 cars.

Thank you all for the comments, I love this car !!. I remember working at the pontiac dealership back in the day when they were new and wishing I could afford one. Now I had it for two years and never gonna get rid of it.
