I copied JasonWW's setup and used a convertible top switch and plate to control my cutout. Best option out there IMO. Here's a picture of his, and a link to the original post:

I don't have any pics, mines not really visible, it's mounted on the back wall of the ashtray, it's the round flush mount switch provided by DMH. You can't see it unless you lean way forward.
