Question Cut-out switch pics

As we all know the search button is horrible but I am looking to where people placed their cut-out switches. I'm getting mine installed friday so need some ideas. Thanks

How big are the cut-out switches? This is the switch for my LED's:

I find it most convenient.

Yup, works out really well. No wires are left exposed (except the one radio wire you see). Just pull the carpet back and push the wires behind it, run it all the way to the firewall grommet behind the pedal and voila! Easy squeezy. Lolol

I had mine in the driver side defroster vent, right in the center. I dont think i have any pics of it . But ive seen it done like that on this site before so i tried it a few yrs ago and liked it ever since. Very stealthy and solid ..

I took it out recently when i went away from the cutout scene or else id snap a pic for u ..

Actually the search button works quite well. Just go to Advanced Search, type in what you need, then towards the bottom choose Relevancy. Search and it should come up with some hits. Hope this helps

i don't know where the pics are but someone on here with a coupe used a convertible's bezel with the TC and power top switches on it (i think he had TC factory so that one was occupied) and wired a cutout (or some other device) into the convertible top button and just sanded off the graphic on the button. it looked totally stock.

I forgot it wouldn't fit there... I mounted directly under... I didn't mind cutting that panel since it was already broken on the back side...

I trashed the supplied QTP switch and got the smallest one I could find that would still handle the amperage.
