Okay I looked at my car this weekend. The crease is painted but not all the way up to were the crease starts to curve on the the outer part of the bumper.

Is there a paint code on the CETA black for the bumper? I am trying to get this done and would like it to be the right color. Does everyone just pick a black and go with it or are they using a specific code?

i remember someone saying the Ceta's aren't painted, its just the color of the bumper. Z28/2000, know anything about that?
for my bumper, i used Dupli-colors line of auto paints. i used their primer, "universal black" base coat, and their clear top-coat. looks perfect.
with the paints i used, if you choose not to wetsand/buff after you're all done, you will get a satin/semi-gloss look (this is what i did- and i love it), and if you choose to wetsand/buff, you will get a glossy finish.

I can tell you that the bumper isn't molded in black. I've got some pics of the CETA's at ASC getting converted, I'll take a look at them tonight and post up tomorrow.
