So, my 98 SS's hood paint is gradually leaving the vehicle. It's basically peeling off from the front and rear edges over time. I am starting to lose some chunks of it - looks like the primer was bad or done incorrectly.

However, the rest of the car seems fine. I've been pondering repainting the hood, and possibly doing primer/flat black (like an old MOPAR), or just a standard glossy black.

Does anyone have any pictures of similar vehicles so I can see what it would look like?

please paint it...it'll look incomplete/unfinished if the hood is primer or flat black and thats the only thing...please paint it

Ok, fair enough. Any pics of Silver camaros with a gloss black hood? I kinda think it'd look good with the black roof/mirrors and some black GS wheels. And/or the black berger panel.
