Default Good double sided tape?

I'm ready to install my 69 Z/28 emblems on the fenders, but I can't find any thin (but good quality) double sided tape. All I can find is the really thick crap (resulting in the emblem not appearing flush against the fender).

Any suggestions?

i'd go by a dealership, and see if they have any of that white double sided tape that they use to stick their logos of the the vehicles they sell...

I think 3M sells a product that comes in a clear film and you lay your emblems on the plastic liner and then remove it and just stick it on the car, kind of like a thin layer of transparent adhesive.

Any idea where I can find this material? Went to Autozone and Advanced...No luck there.

Check with a local body shop in your area or their paint/materials supplier. If you don't have any luck pm me and I'll see if I can get you a price(I work for my dad at a body shop).
