I don't agree with the decisions made by SLP. Seems like they would have offered more discussion about the issue before taking to an extreme. I've said it before in another post and I'll say it here, all they have done is made the good people on the SLP board go elsewhere to buy the products they want. Maybe you can talk to Dave and work things out. The guys that know him say he is a good guy and I have no reason not to believe them. It could be a very productive conversation that would benefit all of us.

Oh and by the way Mark, can you make me an SLP caliper decal? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[devil]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_devil.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> J/K

I think everyone should just drop it and let it die, its old and its taking up to much energy from everyone.

Although i agree with everyone about this subject 100%.

Screw SLP, they make nice factory parts for our cars but thats about it.

Nice to see that the powers of SLP have control over other boards. JeffY isn't even a moderator. What brought him over to Chirpthird??

Simply put SLP bans competition.

It's B.S. what they did at SSOA. We pay for membership & they lock posts? WTF is that all about. I said my peace on SSOA.

enough of this crap Mark.

If you have such a problem with this situation, why havent you contact Dave Hamburger to work it out?

Instead, you spent alot of energy hanging your dirty laundry out for everyone to see.

This is a very simple situation, that has been blown way out of proportion.

Whatever his intentions, and I believe they were nothing but good, Mark is selling unlicensed GM copyrighted goods. SLP could care less, until the stuff started showing up on their board. To be fair, not all of it was Mark's.

Equity Management saw it, and contacted Dave. They asked him to not condone the sale of unlicensed goods on the SLP site. Dave had no choice but to comply.

Dave posted warnings that any subsquent threads of unlicensed goods would be dealt with swiftly and harshly. Mark's stuff kept showing up.

About a month ago, things came to a head, and Dave banned Mark.

So I ask one final time Mark. If it bothers you so much, if you think you have gotten such a raw deal, why havent you called Dave to talk things out? Numerous people have suggested it, including me. We have also posted he is a reasonable and stand-up guy, and can be talked to.

Instead, you have made posts on at least 3 other boards crying about the situation. You claim they ban anyone who could be competetion. As I stated, GM owns the stuff you are working on, not SLP. They wouldnt make a penny even if you get your licensing agreement with Equity.

This is a business issue. Stop making it personal.

It's no big deal Mark. I'll probably be joining you in the 'Village of the banned' as soon as I start I start making my engine plates. It's just one less place to worry about.

And Mark, make me some Pontiac arrowhead decals to cover up my WS6 centercaps <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Hey Mark is there any way you can make a decal to cover the top of the battery that's either the Pheonix or WS6 logo?

Ok, I know I am going to get grief for this, but this topic is over today.

This has been <img border="0" alt="[judgement]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_judge.gif" /> to death, the laundry is aired out, and we need to move on.

This is the Appearance Section, lets get back to talking about our cars.

Mark you know we stand behind you.
