^^When I did mine (back in the day) I paid $300 for the tops, $75 to ship them, $150 for a new headliner, $80 to ship it, and a couple hundred on weather stripping, hardware, t-top holders, interior pieces, etc...
I was the first doing it (on the message boards at least, this was 1999) and I had to piece together the parts from rip off junkyards...

it will be a while before i do any of this but I am pretty good at fabricating new ideas on a budget. I build a hard top convertible corvette for about 5 grand, and plan on making my 96z a targa along with fully restoring it to a show and go car
