I see alot of people wanting to clean there headlights so I thought I would post this up. At work we use 3m products. We start using a 500grit on a air sander, then go to a 800grit, then move on to a 1000wet sand, then a 3000wet sand. Next we use a air polisher/ buffer with a clear plastic cleaner, then finish it off with a clear plastic polish, they come as if new headlights were installed. You can get all of the stuff at a local auto parts store, just will be diff. brands.
