I would have to agree myself, I don't know what size the chrome and performance tips are so I threw that out as an option. For the money, inlet and outlet size the SST ebay ones look to be a great choice.

I would say stick with the ones from the link in your first post, solely because they are the ones I bought and I'm happy with them. I would recommend not welding them on. When I installed them I used a ceramic cutting wheel and cut 4 slits in the 2.5 inch connector that slides over the pipe. This allowed the clamps to fully tighten them down. The main reason I suggest doing this is so you can adjust the tips easily. Sometimes exhaust pipes move for many different reasons, causing the tips to not be centered, one to hang lower than the other, etc. Using clamps allows you to adjust the tips perfectly to your bumper and your preference. Even if an exhaust shop welds them on perfectly, a pothole or something else can tweak them. Once they are clamped on tight, the tips themselves don't move. The clamps are extremely hard to see unless your under the car, and I doubt people walk around with 13mm wrench or socket so they probably won't be stolen, just be aware of where you park/leave it.
