I'm guessing he measured out the size and cut them from Lexan glass found at Home Depot, Lowes, etc, then placed a decal on the cut out, spray painted it black, removed the decal and voila.

sounds like thats it but how can you make the edges nice and clean so they do not look horrible?

Edges of what - the Lexan glass? I'd hit it with some sanding drum rolls on a dremel if you're worried about the rough finish.

thanks for the tip! But the ones they have are for a Trans am and will not work. I have emailed them to see what they can do

Whoever dug this up, it was worth it for the pic of the girl on the TA, that's what TAs shud look like. T's and A's
