what kind of wing is this
havent' seen one before, and judging by most of the other work on that car it's probably done for that one car. Looks like someone tried to expand the factory trans-am spoiler into a drag type spoiler

Looks like the Mecham wing
Edit: Scratch that. It's kind of like the Mecham wing, but did some digging and I guess it's from a company called "Firebird Evolution." Called the E-1 Spoiler.

Unfortunately, trying to go to their website yielded a blank page so maybe they're gone for good. Might be lucky on eBay or contacting one of the guys in those threads.
