Default gauge cluster in street car...

can you do a auto meter gauge cluster in a street car and still pass inspected? if you dont have a check eng. light i dont think you will pass insp. but there might be a way around it i dont know?

kinda depends on your state's requirements. if it comes down to it, just put a yellow LED in the cluster or dash somewhere...tell them that's it if they ask, then take it out once it's passed....or you could actually wire it up and make it a functional light

haha i was thinking the same thing....i was going to try to do that...ill see what they say/....is there anybody that has this
