Aftermarket tail lights
Are there any tail lights besides stock that look good and not like rice?
I don't want the candy corns as they are hard to find and not worth the price.
All the ones I have seen are chrome or black with a million lights in them. I don't want that. Should I just VHT mine? Car is a 98 camaro.

These are probably the best looking ones in black.
I thought about converting to lt1 style, is it much wiring and stuff?

IMO the only good looking lights are factory(exports included which I have), stay away from aftermarket. Not only do they look bad but the quality is no where near OEM level.
Theres a guy on my base that hase the same taillights as the above link, the little red lenses look like they are falling out and white light bleeds out around the edges.
I'd VHT your factory ones if you arent happy with what you have, just make sure you clear coat them after. Dull blacked out lights just look unfinished.

this is true with most aftermarket lights, went through 2 pair on my bug before i learned my lesson and went back to stock.
