Ground Effects. On or Off?
Can't really give you an opinion without pics. You can ask for the popular opinion but ultimately you gotta make it yourself. Hows it mounted, if it has a bunch screws holding it in place once removed you'll have a bunch of screw holes and it'll look like ****.

I know I know I'm not at home to post pictures of it. They actually came from factory so I don't really know havent really looked into it, but I read from a couple of members who have done it on here, and they just filled in the holes. So I don't think that should be a problem.
i have the factory ones too on my 01 red z28.. personally i think they look great.. i think they make the car look lower and more aggressive.. however ive seen them on other cars and it looks like straight ****.. it all just depends i guess.. lol

to be honest i've never been a fan of the kits but i think with the right wheels and stance you could pull it off. plus when you take it off i believe you'll have some holes to fill

Ahhh so I decided to take them off. They should be off with in a couple of weeks. I'll look into the holes part a little bit more soon.
